ASA/ASJ in Honolulu

I attended ASA/ASJ 2025 in Honolulu, Hawaii, December 1-5 to present my poster “Creaky voice perception modulated by f0 and gender cues” (joint with Meghan Clayards).

After the conference days, I got to spend some time exploring Honolulu, which was a perfect way to relax and recharge. I spent plenty of time at the beach, enjoyed lots of musubi and poke, wandered around the city, and even visited the aquarium. It was fun to soak up the sun, try local food, and take in the sights. The trip feel like a mini adventure beyond the conference.
